I had a pleasant stay in this hotel during my city trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for shopping and local attractions. The hotel itself was well-equipped, with comfortable beds, modern facilities, and free internet access. The location was convenient, with a shopping center and bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

The bedsheet in my room had stains on it, and despite requesting for it to be changed, nothing was done. the wifi signal was weak and inconsistent, only working in the lobby area.

The hotel is small, new, very clean and pleasant. The breakfast area also clean and friendly. It take another one or two years to develop the near by commencial building and will more happy for travellers who like to shopping. The long distanct bus service is very convinence.

I suggested the breakfast can be include few more varity local cakes or hot desseret. Food, Coffee and tea should be very hot. Room lights too dim can add two more bed lights for reading. Thank you.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Malaysia. The hotel was located near a popular shopping mall, making it very convenient for me and my family to do some shopping. There was also a food court nearby, perfect for those who aren't quite ready to venture into the local night market. The hotel staff were friendly and did their best to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and had three single beds, which was perfect for our needs. The breakfast provided was simple but sufficient to keep us satisfied until lunchtime.

I did not like there is hair dryer, also they said they hv electric kettle in the room there is none. Toilet smelly, so we had to switch on the fan in the toilet all day long.

The staff are not friendly. They do not allow late check-out even if the hotel is barely occupied. The breakfast is miserable There is no toilet roll. The water pressure is too low that the tap has only a trickle of water There was no internet line through my stay. Only 4 miserable tv channels

Had a decent weekend stay at this budget hotel. the location is convenient, close to a huge mall and 7-11 store. the room was basic but functional, with free Wi-Fi and helpful staff. the hotel also arranges taxi services for travelers.

The hotel lacks proper upkeep. Housekeeping services were only available upon request and the lack of wardrobes in the room was inconvenient.

Nice staff. Clean room. Breakfast is just sandwich but you can't expect more after considering the price. Location is not near to city center. It is about 10 min by taking taxi. Texco is just oppositve to the hotel. You can shop and eat there.
